What can I say....the cake....beautiful....delicious....IT WAS BRILLIANT. Adam absolutely loved it, so much that he kept it until his main birthday party on the Saturday and everyone loved it.  It looked amazing, tasted great, not too sweet, not heavy, not too icky, just perfect....
